Last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. ​Through the support of my friends and family, and a wholehearted embrace of food as medicine, I made it through to the other side, and in my daily life, I continue to rely on the things that make both my mind and body feel good.
I love how comforted I am by my habits and routines: a morning matcha, a walk around the neighborhood with a friend, and cooking nutritious, yummy food!
